Customers may now choose to walk-in and pay on our POS machine in the WCS Depot office, or pre-pay online and drop-off their paper documents for shredding service!

Drop-off Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-3pm (if you would like to witness your paper shredding or have larger quantities please come earlier in the day as we tend to be busiest in the afternoons).

Pre-pay customers: must bring a copy of their receipt or order confirmation page that includes their Order #, and check-in with a yard operator or staff member upon arrival for drop-off to confirm drop off materials.

What pre-pay customers can expect upon drop-off:

Upon arrival to our WCS Depot, please be ready to show our team:

1. Proof of Payment (Payment Confirmation Page or Receipt showing items and quantity paid for - A printed hardcopy or a screenshot on your mobile phone will work)
2. Order # (found at the top of your Shopify invoice emailed to you upon online payment)
3. Your Materials - Our staff will inspect your materials to confirm quantity & scope of materials match your receipt (for shredding service we accept paper only, no binders, no plastic folders, no xray film/photos. Larger architectural drawings are double the cost to shred)
  
  Note: If the items you bring in exceed the quantity you paid for online, please be prepared to pay the difference. If the items you brought in are not acceptable, our team has the right to reject the materials and you will be issued a refund. To avoid a rejected load, please be sure to familiarize with our accepted scope of materials here.
