As you prepare for your well-anticipated soil order to arrive, read on to find out what we recommend you do in advance of your soil delivery’s arrival to ensure a successful delivery!
Reserve space for the delivery truck
Ensure 15 feet of Curb-side Access:
If you requested the delivery to be dropped off in front of your house or site, please ensure to arrange at least 15 feet of empty parking space at curb-side for our mini crane truck to safely park in front of your house or delivery location.
Our customers will often park their own vehicle(s) in the reserved space (or place an orange cone or chair) to ensure no neighbors park in the curbside spot required for delivery, and then move their vehicle when the delivery truck arrives.
To Pre-pay Online for Depot Pick-up:
Pick-up Address: 1493 Dominion Street, North Vancouver, B.C., Canada
Upon arrival: Look for Check-in with the office and provide the Order # and the name listed on the order.
