What to expect (when you purchase our soil products for pick up vs. delivery)

Our WCS Depot offers both pickup and delivery options for our Black Gold amender and our Garden Blend soil!

For Soil Pickup:

If you are planning to drop by our facility at 1493 Dominion Street North Vancouver to pick up bagged soil product or pick up loose soil product loaded directly into your truck or trailer, we recommend calling us ahead of time at 604-987-1493 (ext. 0) to notify our team.  This ensures we can verify we have product in stock for you, and inform our staff to ensure someone is available to help you out upon arrival.

Be ready to answer the following questions over the phone:

  1. Are you picking up product bagged or loose?
  2. What product are you picking up?
  3. How many yards?
  4. What type of vehicle will you be using on the day of the pickup?
  5. What time should we expect to see you?

Having the answers to these questions will allow our team to best prepare to load the material into your truck/trailer on the pickup day in a timely manner.

For pickups by the garbage bin or by the bucket, no call ahead is required to our facility.

 

For Soil Delivery:

If you are looking to schedule a delivery of soil products, please visit our online store to place your order. We will contact you after you place your order, to schedule your delivery at a time that works for you.

We have options to deliver the product to you bagged or loose as offered on our website. For delivery, our processing time is 3-5 business days, though we may often be able to accommodate quicker turnaround times, especially for bagged soil deliveries.

We deliver between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

You will be notified whether your delivery is scheduled for:

AM 8am-12pm

PM 12pm-4pm

Be ready to answer the following questions over email:

  1. What address are we delivering to?
  2. Where would you like to have the product placed? (pictures are encouraged)
  3. What is the on-site contact information (name, phone number)? 
  4. What days are you available to receive your delivery?

The delivery fee covers curbside delivery only. Please note that delivery locations that require the driver to drive onto your property will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will require you to fill out our Delivery Liability Waiver.
